How do I return an item?

Items must be unused and ideally returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Once we receive the item, we will either process a refund or provide an exchange.
For refunds, you will receive your money back within 1-2 days after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are issued via credit card or PayPal. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
